Welcome to my world!

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1996 and have a pacemaker for multiple heart arrhythmias.

This blog started out with me sharing the Therapeutic Creative Expression I personally and professionally (been a psychotherapist since 1986) have used in my practice as well as for my own health and well-being

The blog grew and changed into sharing all the things that I find amusing, interesting about this incredible world we live in as well as information about life altering medical conditions and Therapeutic Creative Expression.

I invite you to send me your discoveries, experiences & EXPRESSIONS of poetry, painting, drawing, collage, stories, doodles, sculpture, craft art etc. and I'll post them to encourage, inspire, amuse others.
