Personal Reflection: Pacemaker Diagnostics

Thought I’d take a look at what will soon be inserted under my skin.  Not sure if this is the model or not. It’s probably close. I had to smile when I saw “unipolar/bipolar” engraved on the front of this one.  I’m suppose to get a bipolar pacemaker.

I may  have to add this disclosure to my Office Policy and Procedures that everyone signs and gets a copy of once I see them:

”  Please be advised that in addition to my licensure as a pyschotherapist, hypnotherapist and guided imagery therapist I am wired, bipolar and ticking.”

P.S. In my 25 years of practice I’ve treated bipolar clients.  Many are close to my heart but never one of them has gotten under my skin.
