I think my brain is suffering: Impaired Wit, Cerebral shrinkage, Eating binges, Hallucinations, Risky decisions, Anger, Lost memories, False memories, Head-in-the-clouds, slurred speech are some of the impacts from diminished or non-restorative sleep.
However, I won’t tell you which of those my brain is suffering from. You’ll have to read my blog posts to figure it out.

With the way my head has been behaving my sleep has not been restorative and I can see things in this list that are matching me to a tee. I keep thinking, I don’t like the way I am right now. I don’t like this me. (angry, forgetful, wanting to eat more, wanting to spend more money…and just being over all…ugh) I know part of that is the fact that I am going through a crappy period, but for me this is big. I don’t feel like me.
Time for a nap.
