Bob the Blobfish has been a regular on this blog for years. His commentary is broadly heralded by readers as being bold, beautifully brash and brilliantly blunt
“In 2013 The blobfish was voted the “World’s Ugliest Animal”, based on photographs of decompressed specimens, and adopted as the mascot of the Ugly Animal Preservation Society, in an initiative “dedicated to raising the profile of some of Mother Nature’s more aesthetically challenged children”‘
Behold Bob the Blobfish
I’m a blob and I know it
No need to show it
That’s why I live
3,000 feet underwater in the sea
so be a buddy and let me B!

Also? I’d like to introduce FPW to Bailey. My Bichon Poodle mix.

Dear PammyPam, Human-being,
You can eat them if you can catch them.
Sincerely,

Dear Bailey Canine-Dog,
Glad to meet you! I am part poodle too. I don’t know what a Bichon is except it sounds like a bad word unrefined human-beings call ladies. Please send me your picture so I can see what a Bichon is.
Freddie Parker Westerfield, Part Poodle Canine Dog
P.S. when you send your picture please indicate the part that is Bichon.

That is most assuredly an ugly fish. I suspect fish don’t attract mates by looks or he’d be extinct.

Jacqui,
Living 3,000 feet below the sea lady blobfish don’t have a lot of choice for a mate because most of the “other-fish-in-the-sea” would be considered geographically undesirable.
